Chairman, AERB addressed the 13th Convocation of GLA as a Guest of Honour. During the Convocation, Chairman, AERB was bestowed the Honorary Doctor of Science _ "Honoris Causa" _ from GLA University, Mathura, U.P, for his illustrious and scintillating scientific accomplishments during the four decades of experience in operation and regulation of nuclear, radiation and industrial facilities. In particular this includes Chiarman's work in the areas of Human, Organization and Technical (HOT) factors for Safety, Safety-Security interface, Leadership and Management for Safety and development of Integrated Management System for Regulatory Body.

Chairman, AERB inaugurated the poster exhibition of "Theme meeting on Zirconium alloy In-Core Components" (ZIC-2024) held at DAE Convention Centre on May 24-25th, 2024.

Chairman, AERB delivered the inaugural address at the "Theme Meeting on Radiation Metrology and National Standard on Ionising Radiation (RM-NSIR-2024)" during May 21st-22nd at Indira Gandhi Centre for Atomic Research (IGCAR), Kalpakkam, in the presence of dignitaries from IGCAR and Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC).
