You can be a member of public, a Radiation Safety Officer, or any other safety personnel and want to convey your safety concern to the relevant authority. If your concern is related to radiation safety, nuclear safety or industrial safety with respect to the plants or activities handling ionizing radiation e.g., nuclear power project/plant, nuclear fuel cycle facilities, transport of radioactive materials or facilities using radiation application for medical or industrial purpose, you can choose to convey your message and relevant images to us directly using options provided on this page. Please note that the Safety Concern is envisaged to be of two types, viz., Emergency and Non-Emergency.
